Every XAG/CHF timeframe shares the same 2023-03-14 start date, but not the same scale — coarser candles stay small while tick and intraday files grow fast. Current through 2026-08-01:

Working with the XAG/CHF series

Silver against the franc is the metal against a haven — the pair where "commodity risk-on" and "Swiss risk-off" pull opposite directions, so it often moves less than XAG/USD in global stress. The listed series only starts in March 2023; for anything longer, construct it synthetically from XAG/USD and USD/CHF and accept that synthetic spreads differ from quoted ones.

What's inside the XAG/CHF file

timestamp,open,high,low,close,volume

One row per candle; tick files instead carry timestamp, bid, ask on every quote. All timestamps are UTC. Worked examples and import steps are in the CSV & JSON format guide.
