This website presents and sells the MarketData Hub Client — a desktop application for downloading historical market data — and publishes supporting documentation, guides and reference pages about historical market data and its use. It carries no advertising and no third-party sponsored content, and it expresses no political, religious or ideological position.
What is sold here
MarketData Hub sells software, not data. The application retrieves data on your own machine, directly from Dukascopy Bank SA, under your instruction. MarketData Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Dukascopy Bank SA. The application retrieves data on your machine, under your instruction, subject to the source's own terms. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If something goes wrong, write to team@marketdata-hub.com — a single person reads it and would far rather fix the problem. Austrian consumers may also approach the Internet Ombudsstelle, an independent conciliation body for online disputes.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025, so no link to it is given.
